Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to eligible paid services purchased through Jobzz24 and collected by SA India Consultancies.

Before service commencement

A cancellation or refund request may be considered where the purchased service has not commenced and no substantial work or non-recoverable third-party cost has been incurred.

After service commencement

Once a customised, digital, recruitment, resume, assessment, consulting or other service has commenced or has been substantially delivered, fees may be non-refundable to the extent of work already performed or resources committed.

Recruitment engagements

Employer recruitment and staffing engagements remain subject to the applicable commercial proposal or executed agreement, including replacement, cancellation and payment provisions.

Duplicate payments

Verified duplicate debits or payments captured without corresponding service confirmation will be reviewed and, where applicable, refunded through the original payment method.
