Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and end-user technical support.
- Troubleshoot Windows systems, desktops, laptops and peripheral devices.
- Install and configure approved operating systems, applications and utilities.
- Diagnose hardware, software, printer and basic network connectivity issues.
- Support user login, email and workstation-related incidents.
- Maintain incident resolution and IT asset records as required.
- Coordinate with infrastructure or application teams for escalated issues.
- Follow IT security and organisational support procedures.
Candidates with hands-on desktop/IT support experience will be preferred.
