- Communicate with customers professionally in Kannada.
- Explain pending dues and follow approved collection processes.
- Record call outcomes, payment promises and follow-up dates accurately.
- Follow up assigned accounts within defined timelines.
- Escalate disputes or unresolved cases through the appropriate process.
- Maintain professional customer interaction and confidentiality.

Eligibility:
- Kannada communication ability is required.
- Freshers and candidates with telecalling or collections exposure may apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills preferred.
