Position: Freelance Blue Collar Bulk Recruiter
Work Mode: Work From Home / Remote
Opportunity:
- Source and close blue-collar and bulk-hiring requirements.
- Identify candidates through local networks, referrals, social media and job groups.
- Conduct basic screening and explain job requirements to candidates.
- Coordinate interview, documentation and joining follow-up.
- Maintain candidate status and joining records.
Commercial Model:
- Rs 1,000 per successful eligible hire as per applicable assignment terms.
Recruiters with strong local candidate networks and bulk-hiring capability are preferred.
