Position: Weaving Troubleshooter
Location: Gujarat
Openings: 10
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot weaving-machine operational and quality problems.
- Identify causes of loom stoppage, fabric defects and recurring faults.
- Adjust machine settings within authorised operating parameters.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for mechanical/electrical issues.
- Support weavers in achieving production and quality targets.
- Reduce downtime and maintain proper troubleshooting records where required.
Strong hands-on weaving-machine troubleshooting experience preferred.
