URGENT HIRING - IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED

Position: Certified DRA - Collections
Locations: Airoli, Navi Mumbai / Noida

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer follow-up for assigned collection portfolios.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding dues.
- Follow collection and recovery processes according to company and regulatory guidelines.
- Update disposition, payment commitments and follow-up details accurately.
- Meet assigned productivity and collection targets.
- Escalate disputes and special cases through the defined process.

Eligibility:
- Valid DRA certification is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation ability required.
- Previous BFSI/collections experience will be advantageous.

Immediate joiners preferred.
