Position Overview:
We are looking for a senior Business Analyst / Functional and Technology Leader with strong Banking, Financial Services, Payments and Enterprise Platforms experience.

The candidate should have strong finance transformation and accounting-domain exposure and be capable of understanding current accounting processes of financial institutions and translating them into effective enterprise finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand banking and financial-institution accounting processes.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
Support Finance Modernization and enterprise accounting transformation programs.
Work on finance architecture, sub-ledger accounting and General Ledger processes.
Support data lineage, reconciliations, accounting rules and financial reporting.
Participate in solution design, configuration, gap analysis and workaround design.
Support data extraction, visualization, dashboards and reporting.
Work with business finance teams during month-end close and daily finance operations.
Prepare test scripts and support integration testing.
Conduct user training and prepare user guides.
Work closely with senior client stakeholders and technology teams.
Support large multi-country / multi-GAAP finance transformation programs.

Required Experience:
10+ years of financial services finance / consulting / deployment experience.
Strong Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, ledgers and financial reporting.
Knowledge of banking products and transaction accounting.
Experience in large finance or ERP transformation programs.
Strong functional analysis and implementation experience.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to operate at senior client and internal stakeholder levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
CA / CPA preferred.
Oracle Fusion Cloud experience is a plus.
Experience with Oracle EBS / Fusion / PeopleSoft / ERP Cloud / EPM Cloud / Hyperion / OBIEE is a plus.
Oracle Cloud Implementation certification is an advantage.
Experience in Bank Analyzer implementation, finance architecture, automation or cloud migration is preferred.
