Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IFS Functional Consultant with strong domain and functional expertise in IFS Assets & Maintenance and Core HRMS.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze and document business requirements.
Configure and support IFS Assets & Maintenance functionality.
Work on Asset Management, Asset Lifecycle Management and Equipment Management.
Handle Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Work Orders and Maintenance Planning.
Support maintenance costing, resource planning and spare-parts requirements.
Configure and support IFS Core HRMS.
Work on employee master data, lifecycle management, organization and position management.
Support employee transfers, promotions, separation and HR administration.
Conduct As-Is / To-Be process analysis and Fit-Gap Analysis.
Prepare BRD, FRD and functional specifications.
Coordinate with IFS technical and development teams.
Prepare and support SIT, UAT and regression testing.
Support data migration, validation and reconciliation.
Participate in cutover, go-live, hypercare and post-production support.
Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training.

Required Experience:
810 years of hands-on IFS ERP experience.
Strong expertise in Assets & Maintenance.
Strong functional knowledge of Core HRMS.
Experience in IFS implementation, support, rollout, upgrade or transformation projects.
Strong understanding of Asset Management and Maintenance business processes.
Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Strong IFS configuration experience.
Experience in Fit-Gap Analysis and business process mapping.
Strong testing and UAT experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:
Experience with IFS Applications / IFS Cloud.
Experience across multiple IFS versions/releases.
IFS certification is an advantage.
Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Utilities, Energy, Telecom or asset-intensive industries is preferred.
Experience working with onsite/offshore/global teams is desirable.
