Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IFS Solution Architect with strong hands-on IFS ERP experience to design, architect and deliver integrated enterprise solutions across multiple IFS functional domains.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall IFS ERP solution architecture for implementation and transformation programs.
Translate business requirements into scalable IFS-based solutions.
Define end-to-end solution architecture covering functional processes, integrations, data, security and reporting.
Develop solution blueprints, architecture documents, process flows and functional designs.
Drive fit-gap analysis, As-Is / To-Be process design and solution governance.
Work across Project Planning, Supply Chain / MM, Finance & Accounting, Assets & Maintenance and Core HRMS.
Define integration requirements between IFS and external systems.
Support data migration strategy, implementation, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
Review functional and technical deliverables and ensure alignment with approved architecture.
Present architecture decisions, recommendations and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
Minimize unnecessary customization and promote standard IFS functionality.

Required Experience:
810 years of hands-on IFS ERP experience.
Proven experience as IFS Solution Architect / Functional Architect / Senior IFS Consultant.
Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP business processes.
Strong functional knowledge across:
- Project Planning / Project Management
- Supply Chain / MM
- Finance & Accounting
- Assets & Maintenance
- Core HRMS
Strong experience in fit-gap analysis and business process mapping.
Understanding of IFS integrations and external interfaces.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:
IFS certification is an advantage.
Experience with IFS Applications / IFS Cloud preferred.
Experience in global or multi-country IFS implementations is desirable.
Agile or hybrid ERP implementation experience preferred.
