Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IFS Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in IFS ERP implementation, rollout, transformation and end-to-end project management.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end IFS ERP implementation and transformation projects.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables and resources.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and overall delivery.
Establish project governance, reporting and communication mechanisms.
Coordinate business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams and vendors.
Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
Manage project risks, issues, escalations and mitigation plans.
Lead cross-functional IFS functional, technical, integration, testing and support teams.
Provide regular project status and governance updates to senior stakeholders.

Required Experience:
Strong experience in IFS ERP / IFS Project Management.
Proven experience managing end-to-end IFS ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
Experience across one or more of:
- Project Planning / Project Management
- Supply Chain / Materials Management
- Finance & Accounting
- Assets & Maintenance
- Core HRMS
Strong stakeholder, client, team and vendor management skills.
Strong communication, leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.

Preferred:
IFS certification is an advantage.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certification is desirable.
Experience in large-scale or global ERP transformation programs is preferred.
