- Supervise daily production and manpower deployment.
- Ensure production targets, product quality and process discipline.
- Monitor machine utilization, material flow and rejection levels.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance and stores teams.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Drive productivity, housekeeping and shop-floor safety.
