Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced Team Leaders to manage and drive an International Sales team.
The role will be responsible for team performance, sales target achievement, coaching, lead follow-up, customer engagement and maintaining strong sales-process discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of International Sales Executives.
Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews.
Support executives in lead conversion and deal closure.
Coach team members on communication, objection handling and negotiation.
Monitor outbound calling, follow-up quality and conversion ratios.
Ensure timely follow-up of assigned leads and prospects.
Maintain CRM discipline and accurate sales pipeline updates.
Escalate and resolve customer or sales-process issues.
Coordinate with management on sales strategy and business priorities.
Prepare performance reports and track key sales metrics.
Motivate the team and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong experience in Sales / International Sales / Business Development.
Prior Team Leader / Supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Good negotiation and sales-closing ability.
Strong target orientation.
Ability to monitor KPIs and improve team productivity.
Comfortable working with CRM and sales reporting tools.
International calling or B2B sales exposure preferred.
